Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 15 years of experience to fill the role of Zonal Receivable Manager in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivable process across multiple zones. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to receivables. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws governing banking operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with CRM software and other relevant tools.
