Job Opening - Zonal Manager As a Zonal Manager at ShowTime Consulting, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including party leaders and the general public. This role offers a front-row seat to observe the functioning of Indian democracy firsthand, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities : ● Conduct thorough primary or secondary research initiatives to gauge the political sentiment across diverse demographics, geographies, and legislative entities. ● Collaborate with political stakeholders, including party leadership, post holders, and workers, to offer support, implement central campaigns, and establish grassroots networks. ● Strategize, plan, and execute impactful on-ground campaigns from start to finish; create comprehensive work plans to guide implementation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. ● Coordinate with different internal teams, such as digital media, data analytics, strategic research, and operations, to achieve the goals of the campaign. Minimum Qualifications: ● Bachelor's/Master's or an equivalent degree from prestigious institutions. ● A minimum of 3 years of work experience in leading organizations. ● Exposure to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ● Proficient in using MS Office tools for creating presentations, plans, and monitoring reports. Preferred Qualifications: ● Strong interpersonal skills with experience in engaging diverse stakeholders effectively. ● Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders. ● Proficiency in thriving within a collaborative environment, showcasing excellent teamwork capabilities.
