Job Opening - Media Associate We are looking for a Media Associate, who will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies to enhance the visibility and public perception of the political campaign. This includes managing relationships with media outlets,creating compelling content, and leveraging digital platforms to engage with the electorate. Roles and responsibilities ● ● -Draft and pitch compelling media stories aligned with strategic messaging. -Prepare high-quality strategic reports, presentations, and documentation. -Conduct media tracking and news analysis to inform strategy. -Create detailed communication plans and narrative frameworks. -Conceptualize and execute political digital stories across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X). -Stay updated with digital new trends and ideate platform-specific political content. -Monitor engagement metrics and refine digital strategy accordingly. Requirements ● ● -Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field. -1-4 years of experience in media relations, public relations, or political consulting. -Experience in a political campaign setting is highly desirable -Proficiency in English (written and spoken); working knowledge of Telugu is a plus. -Proficient in AI tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other documentation platforms. -Experience in PR, marketing, or branding -Proven ability to craft PR stories and understand media narratives. -Strong grasp of the Andhra YouTube ecosystem and Telugu digital influencers. -Strong understanding of media operations and news cycles. -Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
