a) Proactively lead end to end HR activities of the zonal office.
b) To manage Zonal Hiring, Leave & Attendance Management, Contractual staffing,
Employee Engagement & liaison with stakeholders for HR related issues.
c) To manage contractual billing including attendance verification & invoice verification
and taking approval of Zonal Senior Officials and process for payment.
a) Sharing MRF to Central HR and assist in shortlisting, scheduling interview and hiring of
candidates as per Plant requirement, with necessary approvals.
b) Time office activities: - Attendance, Leave Management
c) Coordination with Plant Heads/Site In charge/Zonal Head for On Role & Contractual
Staff Salary Processing, query resolution and Grievance Handling.
d) Taking contractual attendances and get approval by Plants Heads.
e) Verify the contractual staffs Salary/Wages sheets as per Labor Law norms and get
approval of Zonal Senior Officials.
f) Maintain record of employment and labour welfare policy, factory licenses, pollution
control board, Workman compensation etc.
g) Responsible for ensuring compliance with its statutory obligations for Labor
compliance as directed by DGM - HR.
h) Maintain records of ESIC, EPF challans of the Zone.
i) Update Central HR on joining of new employees.
j) Maintain Complete Master data of Zonal Employees and contractual employee data
base and submit to DGM HR on monthly basis.
k) Maintain MIS of payroll and contractual employee data base and submit to GM HR on
monthly basis.
l) Continually educate employees on company policies (including company code of
conduct, business code of conduct, sexual harassment, behavioral Etiquette and
decorum, plant dress code, and social media permissions, etc.).
m) Assist central HR in conducting progress reviews and assessments, discussing any
problems or grievances of employees.
n) Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable
speaking up about issues.
o) Arrange Monthly visit to Plants/Sites/BOOT for audit and share feedback to GM HR.
p) Ensure medical screening of employees as per mandate of client and maintain records
of same.
q) Assist Central HR in collating and furnishing the requisites of Zonal Employees.
r) Assist Central HR in Exit Documentation and Full & Final Settlement for Separated
Employees.
s) Highlight any deviated issue before Management for precautionary /remedial actions.
t) Ensure secrecy of database, technological initiatives and business plans of the
Company.
u) Monitor HSSE / EHS standards of Project Sites in consultation with Sites in Charge and
as per Company Policy.
