Job Description:



:Collaborate with regional leadership to understand the business needs and challenges. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights into people management and organizational development,


:

Oversee the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. Ensure the right talent is in place to support the regions business objectives. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to the region's market.


:

Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution processes.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards. Foster a positive working environment by promoting open communication and mutual respect.


:

Identify training and development needs within the Region. Coordinate the implementation of learning programs to enhance employee skills and growth.

Measure the effectiveness of development programs and adjust as needed to maximize employee impact.


:

Provide advice and guidance on compensation structures and benefits administration. Ensure that the compensation packages are competitive within the region and aligned with organizational goals. Stay updated on local regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.


:Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and productivity. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional leadership for enhancing workforce performance.

Regularly assess workforce trends and potential risks, and implement strategies to address them.


: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organizations values.

Organize initiatives that foster employee engagement and satisfaction.

Ensure the company's culture is consistently communicated and practiced across regional teams.


Experienced Field : Food , Restaurant, Hospitality only.

Education: MBA/PGDM -Human Resource
