Job Description

Position - Senior HR Generalist, Global

Location - Gurugram - Sector 33

Reporting Manager - Manager, Global Human Resources

Shift Timings - 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (05:30 PM - 02:30 AM IST)

As the Senior HR Generalist, Global, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all human

resources functions for the India and US workforce. This position requires a dynamic individual with

in-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to foster a positive workplace

culture. The Manager will collaborate closely with senior management and employees to ensure a

productive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboarding

post-joining documents. Conducting new hire orientation, including a walkthrough of the new

employees training plan. Enrolling the new employee in medical insurance, PF & 401k.

Employee Record and File Management

Employee Master Filing, Annual Review Letters, and updating the HR system, and providing

support to legal in case of breach of contract cases.

Employee Engagement:

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other

perks. Educate employees about benefits, answer inquiries, and assist with claims resolution.

Strategic Partnership:

understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of

organizational goals.

Recruitment

efforts for the organization for various CXO-level candidates.

Performance Management:

performance evaluations and facilitating feedback mechanisms. Draft and distribute relevant

correspondence to employees and ensure timely updates to HR systems.

HR Policy and Compliance:

HR Analytics:

decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR-related KPIs.

Offboarding

company's health insurance plan and 401(k), and Competing Full and Final Letters

QUALIFICATION:

  • Masters degree in HR
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a strategic HR

business partner role.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple

priorities simultaneously.

  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of HR practices & labor law (US Federal + India Federal + Haryana state)
  • Excellent Excel (VLOOKUP, Sorting, and Filtering) and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in online employee file management.
  • Experience with background and referral checks for CXO-level candidates.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
