Role Summary:

Zone Business Manager (ZBM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Area Coaches/Area Managers and indirectly manage all outlet staff within the zone
• Monitor and drive business KPIs: sales, profitability, footfall, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure high operational standards across all outlets — hygiene, quality, service, and ambiance
• Drive local marketing, promotions, and business development to increase visibility and revenue
• Analyze zone-level performance trends and take corrective actions
• Oversee manpower planning, training, and development for the zone
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like supply chain, HR, finance, and marketing
• Expand and support new store openings within the zone

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Hotel Management or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in retail or food service industry, with at least 3 years in multi-unit leadership
• Proven track record of handling 40–100 outlets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making ability
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment
