Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zonal Business Manager based in Salem,Vijayawada, with some flexibility for working from home. The Zonal Business Manager will oversee operations, develop strategies for business growth, manage relationships with food caterers and restaurants, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, managing a team of professionals, conducting market research, and implementing promotional campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Business Management, Sales, and Strategic Planning
• Skills in Team Management, Leadership, and Communication
• Knowledge of Market Research, Promotional Strategies, and Data Analysis
• Familiarity with E-Food Catering, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
• Experience in managing a team of key managers
