Job Title: Zoho Developer (Zoho One Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with extensive hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing the Zoho One suite — including applications such as Zoho Books, People, Payroll, Inventory, Expense, CRM, Creator, and Analytics.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Deluge scripting, API integrations, custom workflows, and end-to-end solution building across multiple Zoho apps.

You will work closely with business analysts and clients to transform business requirements into automated and scalable solutions within Zoho’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions across the Zoho One platform.

Build advanced Deluge functions, custom modules, and automated workflows.

Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems (ERPs, CRMs, HRMS, e-commerce, and payment gateways).

Customize Zoho Creator apps and embed them into other Zoho modules.

Develop reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics for actionable insights.

Optimize existing Zoho setups, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure seamless inter-app connectivity.

Work collaboratively with implementation and business teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing Zoho solutions.

Strong command over Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, and Zoho API integrations.

Practical exposure to multiple Zoho modules — People, Payroll, Expense, Books, CRM, Creator, Inventory, and Analytics.

Knowledge of custom functions, approval workflows, layouts, and automation across Zoho applications.

Understanding of business process automation and cross-module data flow.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

Experience in Zoho Analytics (SQL-based reporting, multi-app dashboards).

Understanding of , Manufacturing, HRMS and Finance process automation.

Exposure to custom API and webhook-based integrations with external systems.

Experience in Zoho Partner or multi-client environments.
