Purpose: To lead the management and growth of our YouTube channels. 


Profile Overview: 


This role involves content strategy development, audience engagement, performance analysis, and collaboration with content creators. The ideal candidate is a YouTube enthusiast with experience in content operations and a strong grasp of digital media and analytics.


Key Responsibilities:


Upload videos to the organization’s YouTube channels, ensuring they are properly formatted, titled, tagged, and described.

Ensure that videos meet quality standards and adhere to YouTube’s community guidelines.

Plan video release schedules and coordinate content calendars.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for search engine visibility and audience engagement.

Implement best practices for video thumbnails and metadata.

Monitor and respond to comments and engage with the YouTube audience.

Encourage user interaction and community building.

Analyze YouTube analytics to track key performance metrics.

Use data to make informed decisions about content and audience growth strategies.

Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance video rankings.

Explore and implement monetization options, such as ads, sponsorships, and merchandise.

Maintain documentation of content and operational processes.

Stay updated on YouTube policies and regulations.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Platform & Brand Solutions Coordinator. This role involves working closely with creators across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat, assisting in their onboarding process, managing brand collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for data management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and curate a list of creators across YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat.

• Reach out to creators, gather platform-specific details, and assist in onboarding them into our ecosystem.

• Act as the point of contact for brand-related queries for onboarded creators.

• Coordinate with internal teams and brands for smooth execution of brand campaigns.

• Maintain and update internal sheets for onboarding, platform analytics, and brand execution records.

• Track deliverables and ensure timely execution and reporting for each campaign.

• Support platform management operations and help optimize creator profiles for monetization.

• Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards or trackers as required.


Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially YouTube, Facebook & Snapchat

• Good organizational skills with experience in data and sheet management (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams

• Prior experience in talent management or brand execution (preferred but not mandatory)


Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
