About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic YouTube Channel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the client coordination, developing an engaging content calendar, and ensuring timely delivery of contents. This role requires excellent client handling skills, agency coordination, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. YouTube Channel Management

• Develop, implement, and manage strategies to increase engagement, and traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools.

2. Client Handling & Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute operations seamlessly.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress and performance.

3. Content Ideas & Delivery Management

• Manage the end-to-end process of content planning, from ideation to execution and delivery.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Generate innovative and engaging content ideas aligned with brand goals and client objectives.
• Ensure all contents are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

4. Meeting Deadlines

• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely posting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
• Experience in agency coordination and project management is a plus.
