We&aposre actively looking for an enthusiastic and creative YouTube Channel Manager

to join our team. This role requires a unique mix of creativity, analytical skills, and

a solid understanding of SEO and content operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Content Management:

  • Efficiently upload and manage video content, ensuring a consistent posting

schedule for ongoing audience engagement.

  • Handle day-to-day channel operations, including monitoring and moderating

user comments to foster a positive community and boost engagement.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to audience inquiries to build a loyal

viewership..

Performance Analysis:

  • Coordinate with the team to get the work done efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze video analytics to gauge performance and viewer

engagement, using this data to shape future content creation and optimization

strategies.

  • Actively work to increase the subscriber base.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for

differentiation and improvement in our SEO and content strategies.

Industry Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in YouTube SEO and

video marketing to position our channel at the forefront of the industry.

  • Implement best practices for content optimization, including crafting compelling

titles, intros, outros, and including engagement prompts to encourage viewer

interaction.

Audience Engagement and Community Management:

  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and

feedback on YouTube.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase

viewer retention.

  • Monitor YouTube analytics to track performance and adjust strategies

accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and

measurement.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
