Job Description

Job Title: Xceptor Developer Location: India (On-Site) Role Responsibilities Design and develop Xceptor solutions to automate and streamline business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create effective technical solutions. Implement data integration processes using Xceptor to connect multiple systems. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Xceptor-related issues. Train end-users on Xceptor functionalities and best practices. Document technical specifications and standard operating procedures for Xceptor applications. Stay updated with the latest Xceptor features and enhancements. Contribute to a collaborative agile development environment. Analyze business needs and develop solutions that support organizational objectives. Optimize existing Xceptor applications to improve performance and efficiency. Participate in project planning and estimation sessions. Support data migration and transformation tasks as necessary. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high-quality standards. Assist in the onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge and expertise. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in developing Xceptor applications. Strong proficiency in SQL and database management. Experience with process automation and improving operational efficiencies. Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow design. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience working in an agile project environment. Effective communication and team collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or .NET is a plus. Experience in software testing and debugging practices. Ability to document processes clearly and concisely. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in providing training to end-users. Sound understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.
