Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to meet demand and quality targets. 2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards. 3. Team Management: Lead and motivate production teams, including supervisors, technicians, and operators, to achieve productivity and quality goals. 4. Maintenance and Repair: Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and vehicles to minimize downtime and optimize production. 5. Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads, to ensure profitability. 6. Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with inventory management to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials. 7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality. Additional Responsibilities: 1.
