Sales Executive

Key duties also involve processing paperwork, following up with customers, meeting sales targets, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge.  Responsibilities Customer engagement: Greet customers entering the showroom or lot, and use professional and courteous communication to build rapport.  Needs assessment: Understand and assess customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicle models.  Vehicle demonstration: Present and explain the features, benefits, and specifications of new and used vehicles.  Test drives: Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the vehicle's performance and handling.  Sales and negotiation: Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer needs and close sales deals.  Paperwork and finance: Prepare and process all necessary sales paperwork and coordinate with the finance department for final transactions.  Customer follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns, while also building relationships for future sales and referrals.  Sales targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and goals set by the dealership.  Product knowledge: Maintain and update knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and industry trends.  Showroom maintenance: Assist with showroom organization and maintenance to create an appealing environment.  Requirements Education: A high school diploma is typically required, with some positions preferring an Associate's degree.  Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry, is often preferred.  Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building customer relationships and closing deals.  Knowledge: Must have sound knowledge of current vehicle inventory and be able to compare features and pricing with competing models.
