Job Responsibilities: Deep understanding of the companys products/services ,including technical features, functionalities, and competitive advantages. Technical knowledge of PLC, Drives, and SCADA systems. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Work with the Pre-sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities (product demos, meetings, POCs). Gather feedback from customers and pre-sales teams to identify product improvements, new feature requests, and market opportunities. Monitor and analyse competitor products. Ideal Profile: A strong technical background with good marketing skills. Ability to analyse and understand market trends. Strong presentation and communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer at Automation Solutions in Jaipur. As a PLC Programmer, your main responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation systems. Your tasks will include writing and debugging PLC code, ensuring the smooth operation of automation equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance. To excel in this role, you need proficiency in programming languages like ladder logic and structured text. Experience with PLC programming software and hardware, particularly with Omron & Delta, is preferred. A strong understanding of industrial automation systems and equipment, as well as knowledge of electrical and control systems principles, is essential. You should also be able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are crucial for this position. Additionally, attention to detail and excellent documentation skills are required. Good communication and teamwork abilities will help you collaborate effectively with colleagues. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Possessing relevant certifications such as Certified PLC Programmer would be a plus.,
