Workshop Manager

As a Fleet Maintenance Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our vehicle fleet. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of technicians and leading them to ensure efficient vehicle maintenance operations. - Developing and managing budgets for the maintenance department. - Analyzing data and generating reports to track fleet maintenance performance. - Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. - Handling vendor management and contract negotiation for maintenance services. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management. - Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - The ability to train and mentor staff. - A valid driver's license. - The ability to lift and carry heavy objects. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
