Job Description

The Marketing & Sales Representative will be a dynamic and results-driven responsible for both crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives and directly driving sales growth within the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, acquiring new clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of integrated marketing and sales efforts to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

  • Integrated Marketing & Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive, data-driven marketing and sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth targets for the transportation market.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform both marketing campaigns and sales approaches.
  • Set ambitious marketing and sales KPIs, track performance, and report on ROI to senior management.
  • Manage the combined marketing and sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Direct Sales & Business Development:
  • Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the transportation industry with freight forwarders, manufacturers, retail, warehousing.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client specific transportation needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Lead the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity, value proposition, and messaging within the transportation sector.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including digital content, case studies, presentations, and sales tools.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, trade shows, industry events) to generate qualified leads and support sales efforts.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team on market shifts, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Provide market and customer insights to product/service development teams for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
