Workday Integrations Developer

This role involves end-to-end design and development of Workday integrations across Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and third-party systems. You will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of requirements, robust design decisions, and high-quality technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to

  design discussions

  with business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions.
• Develop integrations using

  EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, WECI, CCW, Document Transformation, Core Connectors

  , and other Workday tools.
• Build and optimize

  XSLT/XML transformations

  , custom reports, calculated fields, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Work independently on requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and documentation of technical specifications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, validate data flows, and support integration enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and maintain high development standards across all deliverables.

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Workday integration tools

  : EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, Packaged Connectors, WECI, CCW, Document Transformation.
• Proven ability to lead

  integration design discussions

  and articulate technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Expertise in

  XSLT, XML, REST/SOAP APIs

  , custom reports, and calculated fields.
• Experience as an individual contributor working on

  at least two end-to-end Workday implementations

  .
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive tasks to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–7 years

  of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
• Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
