Workday Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations and custom solutions.
• Work with workday functional team and end users on Workday Finance and/or HCM modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Develop and manage Bank Integrations, including but not limited to ACH, Wire payments, bank statements and payment acknowledgment ensuring secure and efficient transaction processing.
• Utilize Workday Studio for complex integration development and support.
• Collaborate with cross functional and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards in Workday development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Workday Finance and/or HCM.
• Proven experience in Banking and Benefits Integration Development.
• Hands-on experience with integration development using XSLT and Workday Studio (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Workday's integration tools such as Core Connectors, EIB, SOAP Web Services, RAAS and Report Writer.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging Workday integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and Middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements in banking integrations.
