In the role of a Workday Integration Developer, you will be instrumental in the development, maintenance, and optimization of our global Workday integrations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the platform enhances operational efficiency and enables the delivery of our business objectives. Your tasks will include: - Demonstrating knowledge of PECI, Studio integrations, APIs, calculated fields, EIBs, custom reports, etc. in Workday. - Designing, developing, and unit testing inbound, outbound, and system integrations in alignment with Copeland's integration strategy. - Reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality and ensuring adherence to integrations and conversion strategy. - Working closely with the HR Ops team for configuration management, including migration, version control, and deployment. - Identifying testing scenarios for integrations and coordinating integration testing with the project team and internal/external vendors.
