As a Senior Workday Integration Developer at The Kraft Heinz Company, you will be part of a team dedicated to revolutionizing the food and beverage industry through a robust Digital infrastructure. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow, system connectivity, and data integrity across all IT platforms. Specifically, you will: - Design, develop, test, and deploy various Workday integrations such as PECI, RaaS, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). - Perform impact analysis and regression testing during Workday and other integrated application upgrades. - Adhere to Workday Security, compliance, and best practices while maintaining data integrity. - Collaborate with Workday implementation partners, AMS Support team, and Workday product team. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Integration design documents and process workflows. - Stay updated with Workday integration updates and releases, evaluating new features and recommending optimizations to existing integrations. - Maintain the Workday platform by handling tasks like SSO set up, Tenant Refreshes, and Certificate updates. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of experience as a Workday integration developer with expertise in Workday PECI, Core Connector, Studio, Web Services, and XML/XSLT transformation. - Experience in Workday reporting and Workday security configuration. - Understanding of Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Talent development, and compensation modules. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex integration issues. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and IT technical teams. - Experience working with Data privacy regulations, IT Sox compliance, and audit processes. - Experience in leading junior integration developers and third-party implementation teams. - Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Deep experience in Integration systems that consistently scale across platforms.
