Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Finance Workday HCM Time Tracking and Workday HCM Payroll. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of Workday solutions to meet our business needs. Workday PMs for the DDIT HCM Program. Responsibilities Workday PMs who have good knowledge on Payroll and Time & Attendance Lead the planning and execution of Workday Finance HCM Time Tracking and HCM Payroll projects. Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical expertise in Workday solutions to support business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project outcomes. Support the development and implementation of best practices for Workday project management. Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Workday solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Workday Finance Workday HCM Time Tracking and Workday HCM Payroll. Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining project documentation and reports. Have a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to Workday solutions. Possess the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Have experience in providing training and support to team members and end-users. Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
