Workday Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Workday AI Enablement:

  Demonstrate, configure, and deploy Workday Illuminate and other AI features across business units.

• Client Collaboration:

  Partner directly with clients to identify AI-led opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Requirements Gathering:

  Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements and map them to scalable Workday solutions.

• Solution Design & Delivery:

  Design, build, and implement Workday enhancements, modules, and integrations across HCM, SCM, and Finance.

• Innovation Roadmap:

  Develop and articulate AI-driven solution roadmaps to accelerate business transformation within the Workday platform.

• ERP Implementation & Support:

  Manage deployments, migrations, upgrades, and production support activities for Workday and related systems.

• Change Management:

  Ensure robust governance of change control, configuration updates, and security settings.

• Incident Management:

  Handle ServiceNow tickets, prioritize urgent issues, and participate in on-call rotations for critical support.

• Documentation & Collaboration:

  Work cross-functionally with business, technical, and change management teams to deliver high-quality, well-documented solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in multiple Workday modules (HCM, SCM, Finance).
• Proven expertise in

  Workday implementation, configuration, and operational support

  .
• In-depth understanding of

  Workday functional areas

  including Time Tracking, Payroll, Performance Management, and Advanced Compensation.
• Demonstrated experience with

  AI enablement in Workday

  , including

  Illuminate

  or comparable AI optimization tools.
• Strong background in

  solution design, roadmap creation, and structured delivery frameworks

  .
• Excellent

  communication, documentation, and stakeholder management

  skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or CA/related undergraduate qualification.
• Experience integrating Workday with

  external AI or analytics platforms

• Familiarity with

  ServiceNow workflows
