We are looking for a skilled and independent Workday Reporting & Prism Analyst to support our HR systems. You will focus on areas like Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Talent Acquisition. You should be confident working with global teams, preferably in Europe Region
Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday
Work with Workday Prism Analytics (create and manage datasets)
Ensure data security using Workday security frameworks
Work closely with global stakeholders
Manage your tasks and deadlines independently
Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules: Compensation, Talent, Learning, TA
Experience creating different types of Workday reports and dashboards
Good understanding of Workday security
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
5+ years in Workday reporting/analytics roles
Experience with tools like Power BI
Experience working with EU-based teams
Ability to explain reporting processes clearly
