You will be responsible for providing client-facing technical support for Pitney Bowes Technologies under minimal supervision. Your main focus will be on identifying trends to enhance the client experience and resolving business critical and time-sensitive issues by collaborating with clients and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include owning technical inquiries, diagnosing and resolving incidents raised by clients, ensuring all incidents are progressed through to resolution, and assisting clients in successfully installing, integrating, and maintaining Pitney Bowes Technologies.
