Workday Analysts
In this role, the analyst will be responsible for managing support tickets, resolving issues, assisting with system configurations, performing testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the optimal use of Workday functionality. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across time zones with the US team.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Support & Issue Resolution:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the US-based team, addressing Workday-related support tickets and providing timely resolutions for any system issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time, Absence, Payroll, and Reporting modules.
- Ensure the integrity of data across modules by monitoring system performance, investigating discrepancies, and implementing solutions.
- Document and track issues, solutions, and improvements to provide a knowledge base for future support.
Collaboration with US-Based Team:
- Work closely with the US-based Workday team to understand business requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure system configurations are aligned with organizational goals.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of new features, functionality, and module upgrades by following established processes.
- Participate in cross-team meetings with the US team to align on priorities, project timelines, and best practices.
Workday Configuration & System Maintenance:
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time, Absence, Payroll, and Reporting modules based on business needs.
- Support system updates, testing, and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions during Workday upgrades or new releases.
- Ensure that workflows, business processes, and security roles are accurately configured to meet the needs of the business.
Project Support & Initiative Execution:
- Collaborate with the US-based team to drive global initiatives and provide support for ongoing projects, including process improvements and system enhancements.
- Participate in system testing for new releases, changes, and enhancements, ensuring that all configurations meet business requirements.
- Assist with documenting project requirements, processes, and procedures to ensure proper system utilization.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR, payroll, and business requirements.
- Assist with extracting, validating, and analyzing data to support business decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the reporting team to create custom reports or modify existing ones based on user feedback.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide training and guidance to HR and business teams on Workday best practices, system functionality, and process improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, processes, and system changes to facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to increase system efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Proactively address potential issues by analyzing trends, preparing solutions, and collaborating with the US team to resolve them.
Preferred candidate profile
Workday Expertise:
Solid experience supporting multiple Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time, Absence, Payroll, Reporting).Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify system issues, resolve problems, and offer solutions.Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Workdays reporting tools, security configuration, and business process configuration.Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving abilities to address support tickets, improve system functionality, and handle system issues efficiently.Experience:
3+ years of experience in Workday support or HRIS roles with exposure to multiple Workday modules.Project Management:
Experience supporting system upgrades, new functionality, and process improvements.Education:
Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Workday Certifications:
Workday certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Recruiting) are highly desirable.Global Workday Experience:
Experience in supporting global Workday implementations or managing cross-country configurations.Reporting Expertise:
Strong experience in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
