Job Description

Title: Workday Administrator – HCM, Onboarding, Absence & Time Tracking

Location: Hyderabad Mixed Use Office (5 days in the office)

Key Areas of Responsibility Systems Administration & Support:

  • 6+ Years

    Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence and Time Tracking system configuration

    to support multiple countries.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Workday functional configuration for business processes.
  • Must have experience with business process workflow and modeling.
  • Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity.
  • General understanding of Workday custom reporting and calculated fields is required
  • Provide end-user support; troubleshoot bugs and issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation and document findings.
  • Maintain documentation of system configuration and business processes.
  • Recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of Workday HR and Staffing Projects.
  • Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.
  • Assist with review and implementation of new and changed system functionality to support business processes and requirements.
  • Able to understand the various business process step flows and modeling for HCM, Onboarding, Change Job, Hire and Terminations.
  • Assist in the development of change management, communication, and training plans.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience supporting Workday Applications.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects which impacted multiple systems, processes and/or third-party administrators.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence & Time Tracking functionality and data.
  • Understanding of inbound EIB preparation and loading into Workday.
  • Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
