As a Workday Administrator at Strategy, your primary responsibility will be the configuration and maintenance of the Workday platform, supporting the implementation of new HR systems and interfaces. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, the HR team, IS Team, vendors, and contract resources to enhance the Workday platform, ensure data integrity, conduct system testing, generate reports, and identify process improvement opportunities related to HR. Your role will also involve enhancing, modifying, and supporting existing integrations, including modules such as HCM, Performance, Talent, Time, and Advanced Compensation. You should have experience in designing and configuring Workday security for large-scale deployments and all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices in design and security configurations are implemented for Workday System business processes, reports, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Update and maintain configurations in Workday, including interfaces - Support system upgrades, changes, and modifications, including evaluating Workday releases - Analyze and provide system summary statistics as needed - Serve as Tier 2 level system support for Human Resource Information Systems, particularly Workday - Work with the business to maintain data structures within Workday and align them with integrated systems such as Active Directory and SAP - Drive continuous improvement through automation of manual tasks and increased process efficiency - Evaluate HR processes to ensure seamless data and reports alignment for various events - Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics for HR using the Workday reporting tool - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or liaise with vendor technical support for resolutions - Assist in the development, testing, configuration, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces - Update and modify Workday security assignments to ensure a robust security structure - Develop integrations between Workday and other systems, internal and external, and maintain documentation for integrations - Perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure proper functioning Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday development and administration - Workday certification in one or more modules - Experience in a global software company or similar industry - Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Report Writer Skills: - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies - Knowledge of HR and financial processes and best practices - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools - Experience with data migration and data management - Strong project management skills - Knowledge of security and compliance standards - Ability to provide training and support to end-users - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Additional Information: - The recruitment process includes online assessments as a first step, sent via email (check SPAM folder) - Work from Pune office 4 times a week - EMEA working hours Join Strategy and be part of an organization that values innovation, excellence, and continuous growth.
