Workday Administrator

We are looking for a talented Workday Administrator with specialization in Prism Analytics and Financial Modules to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Workday Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Workday systems to support financial operations and analytics. The successful candidate must possess a profound understanding of Workday's Prism Analytics and Financial Modules, as well as the capability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include managing user access, roles, and permissions within Workday, aiding in the implementation and maintenance of Workday integrations with other systems, and having experience with ERP, CRM, and Database. You should also demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks based on changing business needs. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a Workday administration role, encompassing Workday Reporting, Workday Integration, and Workday Security Configuration. Proficiency in Workday Prism analytics is also required. Interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, basic understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, and Accounting, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information System, or other Technology specific fields are essential.
