Open Locations: 📍 Pune 📍 Mumbai 📍 Delhi NCR 🎯 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Channel Partner Development & Management Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with retailers, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), and regional distributors. Ensure regular engagement, training, and alignment with QYK Care’s offerings. ✅ Sales Target Achievement Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories. Monitor performance metrics, initiate corrective actions, and consistently exceed expectations. ✅ Market Activation & Product Visibility Execute field-level activities—product demos, in-store branding, retailer schemes, etc.—to increase awareness and footfall. ✅ Retailer Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners to increase loyalty and drive repeat business. Resolve issues promptly and professionally. ✅ Training & Product Enablement Train store staff and sales promoters on product USPs, pricing, and sales pitches to ensure effective on-ground communication. ✅ Competitor Tracking & Market Intelligence Track competitor activity, pricing, and schemes in real-time. Share actionable insights with the leadership team to refine strategy. ✅ Reporting & CRM Hygiene Maintain accurate records of daily visits, lead status, closures, and partner feedback using company CRM tools or shared trackers. 🧩 What we're looking for: 2–6 years of experience in sales of consumer durables, smartphones, or electronics Existing relationships in offline or hybrid retail networks is a strong plus Strong negotiation and communication skills Self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership-driven attitude Ability to travel within assigned territory 📩 Think you're a fit—or know someone who is?
