Ensure regular engagement, training, and alignment with QYK Care’s offerings. ✅ Sales Target Achievement Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories. Monitor performance metrics, initiate corrective actions, and consistently exceed expectations. ✅ Market Activation & Product Visibility Execute field-level activities—product demos, in-store branding, retailer schemes, etc.—to increase awareness and footfall. ✅ Retailer Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with retail partners to increase loyalty and drive repeat business. Resolve issues promptly and professionally. ✅ Training & Product Enablement Train store staff and sales promoters on product USPs, pricing, and sales pitches to ensure effective on-ground communication. ✅ Competitor Tracking & Market Intelligence Track competitor activity, pricing, and schemes in real-time.
