Please Note: This is a 100% field sales role. Candidates without field sales experience or unwilling to travel on-ground should not apply.

Role Summary:

We are looking for high-energy field sales professionals with proven experience in selling consumer durables, mobiles, or financing products at the retail level.

You will be responsible for building and managing a strong retail network, activating partners, and driving sales of protection plans bundled with electronics and mobile purchases.

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Haves):

• 2–6 years of on-ground sales experience in consumer durables, smartphones, or NBFC loans at retail stores
• Existing network with retailers, dealers, or MBOs in the electronics/mobile segment
• Willingness to travel daily to retail stores within assigned city/region
• Strong communication, partner management, and closure skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail partners (mobile & electronics stores) daily and onboard them on QYK Care products
• Train in-store staff to pitch protection plans to customers
• Track performance, push activations, and meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain healthy partner relationships and drive retention
• Report daily field activities, insights, and competitor movement
