Web Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Web Developer to support and manage loyalty programs, rewards platforms, and campaign-based digital systems used by large partner networks such as retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

The role involves building, operating, and enhancing web applications that handle point accrual, rewards, gamification modules, and redemptions, while ensuring stability, accuracy, and scalability for live programs.

Loyalty Platform Development

• Develop and maintain web-based loyalty and rewards platforms
• Implement program rules such as target achievement, point calculation, eligibility, and caps
• Support campaign-based logic including scratch cards, lucky draws, and gamified tasks

Backend Systems & Integrations

• Build and manage APIs for:
• Loyalty point accrual & redemption
• Reward issuance and tracking
• Campaign and participant management
• Integrate with third-party systems for:
• Notifications (WhatsApp / SMS / email)
• Payouts, vouchers, or reward fulfillment
• KYC or verification services (where applicable)

Campaign & Operational Support

• Own the technical execution of live loyalty programs
• Handle configuration changes such as:
• New targets, slabs, rewards, and timelines
• Troubleshoot production issues during live campaigns
• Ensure smooth program launches and closures

Data, Reporting & Accuracy

• Ensure data accuracy for transactions, points, rewards, and redemptions
• Build basic reports/dashboards for program performance
• Support reconciliation, audits, and partner queries related to rewards

Security & Best Practices

• Ensure secure handling of user and transaction data
• Implement safeguards to prevent misuse or abuse of rewards
• Follow best practices for scalability, logging, and monitoring

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have

• 0–3 years of experience in web or full-stack development
• Strong knowledge of:
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• At least one frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue)
• At least one backend technology (Node.js / PHP / Python)
• Experience with:
• REST APIs
• Relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience managing production-grade applications

Good to Have

• Prior experience with:
• Loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or gamification systems
• Scratch cards, spin-the-wheel, lucky draws, or incentive campaigns
• Experience with third-party integrations (payments, vouchers, messaging)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Pay: ₹9,400.11 - ₹37,783.16 per month
