JOB DESCRIPTION GRAPHIC DESIGNER ABOUT MICE IDEAS We are a continuous Medical Education Organization working in the field for over a decade. We have been involved in planning & conducting workshops, programs, and conferences for different medical specialties across India. We have tie-ups in India and globally. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms—primarily supporting marketing initiatives, event branding, and client-specific campaigns. He/she will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver visually engaging materials as per the event theme aligned with brand and client requirement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Visual Communication · Design and produce digital collateral including invites, slides, web banners, newsletters, social media graphics, event layouts and all kinds of event setup blueprints. · Create visually appealing creatives for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. · Develop out-of-the-box concepts and layout options that adhere to brand identity and aesthetic principles. · Prepare and present initial drafts and mockups; revise designs based on feedback from clients or stakeholders. · Create graphics for event branding: invitations, signage, brochures, digital displays, and other promotional assets along with website designing. · Ensure consistency in design across all online and offline marketing channels. Collaboration & Coordination · Work closely with the event team, marketing team, clients and vendors to align designs with event themes and objectives. · Communicate and coordinate with teams across multiple locations and clients, ensuring timely delivery of projects. · Attend brainstorming meetings and contribute to campaign conceptualization and theme development. Execution & Delivery · Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.) to execute high-quality visuals. · Ensure graphics are tested across media and platforms for responsiveness and impact. · Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all creative outputs. · Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar design role, preferably in event management, media, or marketing agencies. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like CorelDraw, Canva · Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding, and user-centered design. · Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus. · Strong time management and organizational skills. · Creative flair with attention to detail. · Ability to adapt designs based on audience and medium. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven "Email Campaign Manager and Digital Marketer" to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end email marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. You will work collaboratively with content creators, designers, and analysts to execute compelling and high-performing campaigns targeted at segmented audiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking, with a keen eye on analytics and conversion metrics. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in campaign execution, automation, A/B testing, and is highly adept at managing large databases and compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Plan, develop, and execute multi-stage email campaigns for product and event promotions, conference announcement emails and other related announcements, society related newsletters. · Write, design, and manage engaging, responsive, and conversion-driven email content with strong call to actions. · Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, layout, and sending times to improve open and click-through rates. · Segment mailing lists based on behavioural data, purchase history, demographics, and user engagement. · Ensure email design and layout are mobile-responsive and aligned with brand guidelines. · Maintain the hygiene and accuracy of large-scale email databases, including bounce and unsubscribe management. · Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion, ROI, and unsubscribe rate. · Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and tech teams for campaign alignment and execution. · Stay up to date with trends, tools, GDPR/India’s data privacy rules, and industry best practices. · Prepare regular performance reports and make actionable recommendations for improvements. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. · 2+ years of proven experience in email marketing or campaign management. · Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, or similar platforms. · Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization. · Strong command of marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and tracking of online campaigns. · Familiarity with CRM systems, automation workflows, and customer segmentation. · Ability to interpret data and transform insights into strategy. · Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. · Exceptional project management, time management, and organizational skills. · Understanding of deliverability best practices and reputation management. · Experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing for continuous improvement.
