MIS Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong Excel skills and a knack for extracting, organizing, and analyzing data. The ideal candidate should be proactive in generating regular and ad-hoc reports to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across departments.
• Pull data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, CRM, internal databases).
• Use Excel tools like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, and Advanced Formulas for data cleaning and analysis.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible.
• Maintain and update dashboards for performance tracking.
• Coordinate with teams to gather requirements for customized reports.
• Identify data trends, errors, and inconsistencies and highlight them to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
• Provide support during audits and data reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions).
• Comfortable working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets, PowerPoint (for reporting) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases and tools like SQL / Power BI / Tableau (optional, not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
