Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment to meet customer expectations and SLAs.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/inventory teams for timely replenishment.

• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout for optimal workflow and safety.

• Lead and manage a team of pickers, packers, and loaders; assign tasks and monitor performance.

• Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and dispatch of all shipments.

• Enforce adherence to safety and operational protocols.

• Train new staff and support continuous development of team members.

• Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) or e-commerce platforms to manage inventory and order tracking.

• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.

• Address and resolve escalations related to delays, incorrect orders, or return handling.

• Perform regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve mismatches.

Preferred Skills Requirements:

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and seller operations.

• Familiarity with warehouse tools and inventory systems.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with inventory audits and loss prevention is a plus.

• Multilingual abilities (as per regional needs) are an added advantage.

Education:

Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field preferred
