Inventory & Procurement Management
Plan, source, and procure inventory based on business requirements.
Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods.
Monitor and track inventory turnover rates.
Warehouse & Stock Management
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.
Implement best practices for stock management, including FIFO/LIFO techniques.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Optimize warehouse space utilization for efficient stock placement.
Vendor & Supplier Management
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual terms.
Process Optimization & Compliance
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain and inventory process.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, stock tracking, and reporting.
Generate reports on inventory movement, procurement costs, and operational efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data trends.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and vendor management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
Knowledge of inventory control techniques, supply chain processes, and ERP systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet operational deadlines.
Experience in logistics, distribution, and stock auditing is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
