Job Description

  • Inventory & Procurement Management
  • Plan, source, and procure inventory based on business requirements.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Ensure timely inward and outward movement of goods.
  • Monitor and track inventory turnover rates.
  • Warehouse & Stock Management
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.
  • Implement best practices for stock management, including FIFO/LIFO techniques.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization for efficient stock placement.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual terms.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain and inventory process.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, stock tracking, and reporting.
  • Generate reports on inventory movement, procurement costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on data trends.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
  • Knowledge of inventory control techniques, supply chain processes, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet operational deadlines.
  • Experience in logistics, distribution, and stock auditing is a plus.

Education & Experience:
Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
