Order to cash reconciliations, ensuring platform/payment gateway settlements and COD remittances align with orders and bank credits, with completeness and accuracy of recognised revenue.
Monitoring of consolidated platform payouts to confirm settlement of dispatched/fulfilled orders and to track variances and deductions (fees, commissions, shipping, returns), with coordinated resolution where required.
Reconciliation of warehouse dispatches and returns with e commerce sales records, with timely escalation of discrepancies for correction.
Maintenance of an exceptions register covering cancellations, replacements, refunds, chargebacks and similar items, with status tracking through to closure.
Preparation of periodic summaries on orders, settlements, deductions and returns, providing clear visibility to stakeholders and highlighting recurring themes.
Support to month end close through up to date schedules on revenue, returns/refunds, pending or aged orders and related provisions to meet reporting timelines.
Documentation and upkeep of practical SOPs and control check points that make reconciliations consistent and repeatable across cycles.
Cross functional collaboration with e commerce operations, warehouse, customer support and finance to align data, close exceptions and improve process reliability.

Role Specifications

Experience: 3+ years in accounts/finance operations with exposure to e commerce or retail order management, inventory or revenue reconciliations.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (e.g., B.Com/BAF). Professional certifications are welcome.
Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel and comfort with accounting/ERP tools; experience with Tally is an advantage.
Competencies: Attention to detail, structured problem solving, ability to work with large datasets and deliver within deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Collaboration: Clear communication and follow through with cross functional teams to drive closure on open items.
