Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst R2R to handle end-to-end month-end close activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in Record to Report processes, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end month-end close activities
Prepare and review monthly financial reports and reconciliations
Perform GL to sub-ledger reconciliations and account analysis
Post and review journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and depreciation
Handle billing activities, management fee calculation, and invoice creation
Support Accounts Payable workflows and expense reimbursements
Perform Accounts Receivable aging, reconciliation, and reporting
Manage cash management activities and invoice selection for payments
Analyze expenses and support sales tax calculations
Maintain month-end close checklist and ensure timely completion
Support internal and external audits with required documentation
Identify risks and escalate issues proactively
Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
Conduct training and support BAU operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes
Hands-on experience in month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and accounting systems
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
