Job Title: Operations/ Warehouse Executive

Location: 389/1, Ground Floor, Begur Main Road, Bommanahalli (opposite India Overseas Bank), Bangalore 560068

Company: Imaga Trade and Craft Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: Bumboo)

Industry: Eco-friendly Food Packaging

Experience: 1-3 years (preferred in operations, warehouse or manufacturing)

Operations Executive – Job Summary

Looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle production, inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination for eco-friendly food packaging products.

Responsibilities:

Manage order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.

Coordinate with vendors for timely production and supply.

Maintain inventory records (Excel/ERP).

Ensure product quality and timely dispatch.

Plan logistics and track purchase orders.

Prepare reports (PI, GRNs, inward/outward).

Oversee warehouse operations and staff.

Skills:

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Knowledge of ZOHO, or similar tools.

Good communication in English & Hindi.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
