Warehouse Executive

Job Title: Warehouse ExecutiveLocation: Dommasandra, Bangalore Reporting to: Operations Manager About BathStoryBathStory is a fast-growing D2C bath fittings brand redefining how Indians experience bathrooms. We specialize in premium shower enclosures and bath fittings, combining design, technology, and customer service to deliver world-class experiences. As part of our scale-up journey, we’re looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage our hardware inventory and ensure smooth supply of materials to our sites and installation teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock of shower enclosure hardware (clamps, rods, channels, handles, thresholds, etc.). Perform daily stock reconciliation in Zoho Books / Inventory / Excel. Tag incoming stock with batch codes and ensure proper labeling, counting, and shelving. Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock audits and report discrepancies. 2. Inward & Outward Material Handling Verify and record all inbound materials received from vendors. Ensure proper documentation — POs, GRNs, invoices, and delivery challans. Coordinate dispatch of materials to installation sites, ensuring the right kit is sent for each order. Maintain records of all site dispatches and returns. 3. Coordination & Process Support Work closely with the Operations and Procurement teams to forecast material requirements. Support logistics and installation scheduling by ensuring hardware availability. Liaise with transporters and field teams for timely deliveries. Update ERP/Zoho system regularly for all movements. 4. Housekeeping & Safety Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe warehouse environment. Ensure all materials are stored systematically to avoid damage or loss. Follow safety protocols while loading/unloading materials. Skills & RequirementsGraduate / Diploma in any field. 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management (experience in hardware, sanitaryware, or fittings preferred). Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with Zoho Books or any ERP software is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accountability. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (ops, vendors, logistics, and installation teams). Willingness to work hands-on and travel to sites occasionally if needed.
