Operations Manager

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and is excited to build and lead a team from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Setup & Management

• Hire, train, and lead the Hyderabad operations team (technicians, site supervisors, etc.)
• Build daily planning processes and ensure smooth on-ground execution
• Drive accountability and performance across roles

• Execution & Process Management

• Track daily site visits, glass orders, and installations
• Ensure timely and quality execution of shower enclosure installations
• Coordinate with vendors and Bangalore HQ for materials and support

• Customer Experience & Escalations

• Own the customer journey end-to-end: from site visit to installation
• Proactively manage customer expectations and handle escalations with empathy and speed
• Ensure every customer receives a high-quality, stress-free experience

• Reporting & Tech Tools

• Use

  Zoho CRM

  to manage orders, schedule site visits, and update operational statuses
• Maintain trackers and generate reports to share with the central ops team
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve field operations

Who You Are:

• Based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate)
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or installation services (preferably in interiors, construction, or home services)
• Strong team management and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Tech-comfortable and experienced with tools like

  Zoho CRM

  , Google Sheets, and WhatsApp
