Warehouse Executive

Job Summary: The Warehouse Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations of inventory management, stock movement, timely dispatches, and overall efficiency of the warehouse. The role demands strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits. Warehouse Operations: Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials. Supervise loading and unloading of goods to avoid damage. Optimize space utilization and maintain warehouse hygiene & safety standards. Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery of goods. Prepare dispatch documents (invoices, challans, e-way bills). Track shipments and update sales/customers on delivery status. Team Coordination: Manage warehouse staff and helpers for smooth operations. Train and guide staff on SOPs, safety, and efficiency. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily MIS reports for stock movement and dispatches. Coordinate with finance/accounts for reconciliation of stock. Generate reports on warehouse performance and suggest improvements. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & logistics. Familiarity with ERP / WMS software. Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Leadership skills to handle warehouse staff.
