Job Description

Role -

Relationship Officer-Micro Mortgages & Loan Officer-Housing Loan

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for micro mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), housing loan products.
Conduct field sales activities to generate leads and convert them into actual business deals.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Meet monthly targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales, Field Sales, or similar roles. Mortgage Loan or LAP or Housing Loans or banking assets products sales in NBFC / HFC / Bank.
Strong understanding of Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Micro Loan concepts.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
