Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales : Handle incoming customer inquiries and offer tailored product recommendations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. After-Sales Support : Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing concerns, managing returns, and handling customization requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories, promoting the company’s jewelry products and expanding market presence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Field sales experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A passion for jewelry and understanding of luxury customer service standards. Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned regions.
