Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the jewellery industry.
• Handle B2B sales of gold/diamond/plain jewellery with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Confidently present jewellery collections, explain product details, and handle client queries.
• Conduct market visits, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand business reach.
• Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales orders.
• Negotiate pricing, order terms, and ensure smooth order processing.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, client feedback, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure timely delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the jewellery field (mandatory).
• Strong communication and confident client interaction skills.
• Good knowledge of gold/diamond jewellery designs, market trends, and pricing.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
• Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
