Sales Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling ability, and good presentation skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, and supporting the sales process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calling, networking, and online research.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services/products.
• Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into successful deals.
• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and client meetings.
• Support the sales team with documentation and proposal preparation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong client handling and presentation skills.
• Background can be from IT or Non-IT, but communication must be strong.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹43,843.27 per month
