Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, export buyers).
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet client demands and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
• Provide market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback to the management team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales track record in jewellery or luxury industry
• Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing process and product knowledge
• CRM and sales reporting proficiency
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages (if required)
• Experience: 3–5+ years in jewellery or luxury sales preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,490.05 per month
