We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the dental equipment sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced dental equipment and healthtech solutions to dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors within the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with dental professionals and institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and detailed briefings to potential customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and service support.
**Requirements:**
- 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or dental product sales. Fresher can also apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working independently.
